Each session is tailored to help you reach your next level of performance well maintaining your well-being and relationships. Specific tools and resources related to achieving high levels of focus, clarity, energy, confidence, productivity, and influence will be provided during coaching sessions. This material is based on proprietary concepts from High-Performance Institute's Certified High-Performance Coaching Program™.

  • To begin your journey toward a heightened and sustained level of High Performance, we begin by determining your focus in key areas: what you are focused on, how much agency or control you feel right now about your life, and what habits you have that are already supporting you or pulling you away from your high performance.

  • The goal of this session is to understand where you have strengths and gaps in the amount of clarity you have in your life right now. In this session, we help you gain clarity about what principles and practices will keep you progressing and performing at your best.

  • Learn how to gain immediate improvements in your energy so that you have the vibrancy needed to achieve your goals and feel your best. Implement new practices that help you generate high levels of energy each day.

  • In this session, we will determine where you feel you have been confident in your life and where you may be holding back in certain situations. Gain confidence, decisiveness, and momentum towards reaching your goals with these practices.

  • Learn tools and strategies to quickly develop more productivity and efficiency each day to improve performance.

  • This session provides tools and concepts to raise your level of action and the influence you have in your career and personal relationships.

  • Master your mindset with proven strategies to live from your strengths, direct your thoughts, choose your beliefs, and consistently live from a more positive, confident, and happy place.

  • Consistently generate high levels of energy to increase your physical vibrancy and sharpen your mental focus by taking masterful command of your body and mind.

  • Eliminate distractions and take your productivity to the next level. Gauge your ability to be productive and focused on major projects and goals with the tools in this session.

  • In this session, we will gauge how persuasive and influential you’ve felt in your relationships and career and give you tools that will raise your level of effectiveness in these areas.

  • Define your life purpose in order to lead and live intentionally with purpose each day.

  • In session 12 we will review your progress and make commitments for discipline and mastery in the areas that will help you continue to progress with your goals.

LEADERSHIP COACHING

I help leaders and individuals improve their performance and increase individual and team engagement. Investing in your team leads to higher engagement which results in increased productivity, decreased absenteeism, higher customer satisfaction, decreased turnover, fewer safety incidents, and higher profitability.

I partner with leaders to improve team engagement as well as help entrepreneurs with creating or revising their vision, developing a strategic plan, and creating a structured framework for their employees to include: job descriptions, hiring best practices, employee training programs, performance reviews, engagement surveys, and team building.
